Shop Policies
TURN AROUND TIMES:
Most orders are fullfilled within 24 to 72 hours depending on the order and when it is due. Ordering 2 to 4 weeks ahead of time highly recommended!! I will have all orders fullfilled by atleast 1 to 2 days before it is needed, unless there was a problem in which we would let the customer know if any problem may occur.
RUSH ORDERS:
All rush orders have a 35$ NON-REFUNDABLE FEE
COPYING & INSPIRATION:
We will not copy anyone’s work, We can do a similar look but copying of any work is forbidden. All though any reference and inspiration pictures you may have are welcomed.

If your total is over $150 we ask that you put a deposit total of half or your order total.
ALL LAST MINUTE orders will have a $35 non refundable fee! If you cancel your order there will be a $25 non refundable fee taken out of your refund.
Please note that all orders are considered custom.
REFUND POLICY:
THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. After receiving your order you have up to 24 to 48 hours to notify us and request the fixing of any misspelled words, numbers and alteration of pictures. Creative Handz is very open to fixing anything that was wrong because we have a very strict NO REFUND POLICY.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Once shipped & Creative Handz provides you with your tracking number(s) we have no control over shipping or other issues that follow. All issues and matters that occur after your order has shipped out has to be forwarded and taken up with the shipping company.
PICK UP AND DROP OFFS:
There is a certain pick up spot which is 2121 N 16th street, Milwaukee, WI 53205 unless we discuss and we agree on something other than. Creative Handz no longer offers at home drop offs unless agreed upon and it will be a $10 Home Drop Off Fee!
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WEAR ANY OF THE PRODUCT(S) BUT HAVE AND COMPLAINTS I WILL NOT REFUND OR FIX ANY ALTERATIONS YOU'VE REQUESTED! MEANING IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU TO PUT IT ON AND WEAR IT
SO NO REFUNDS OR ALTERATIONS WILL BE GIVEN!
